THE CHURCH IN THE 21st CENTURY

The primary role of the MarketPlace Ministry is to train the body of Christ to fulfill their God-given mandate to subdue the earth for the expansion of His Kingdom [Gen. 1:28, Deu. 8:18]. This is accomplished by methods such as:

Developing disciples that will then disciple others
Developing/training new and existing business owners
Providing teaching that develops a proper understanding of finances and its Kingdom function
Training men/women to arise to their apostolic/prophetic roles as ministers in the marketplace
Developing cell groups that appeal to the business community
Providing education on investing for greater profits
Training in the Biblical principles of "wealth transference"
Developing strategies to "win Cabarrus County" for the Kingdom of God
Establishing a mentoring process to develop leaders within the church
Focusing on personal spiritual growth and continuous improvement
With our Youth Pastor, developing future business leaders and marketplace ministers

To become a catalyst to bring spiritual transformation to our region
To break the American tradition of being a "come and hear" church to a "go and tell" church
To equip men and women to see themselves as full time ambassadors of the Kingdom of God; where they live, work and play
To penetrate the marketplace with Kingdom principles
